Delete Your Data.

You can permanently delete your Cromito account and every piece of data tied to it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Fastest — in the app

Delete from your phone

Open Cromito and go to Profile.
Tap Delete my account under the account section.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and you're signed out for good.

This cannot be undone.

By email

Can't sign in, or prefer we handle it? Email us from the address on your Cromito account and ask us to delete your data. We'll verify it's you and remove everything, then confirm by reply — usually within a few business days, and always within 30 days.

Include the email address you signed in with so we can find and verify your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your sign-in identity (Google / Apple) and profile
Your entire card collection and coin balance
Your market listings, trades and prediction history
Your leaderboard and league entries
The device records we keep to prevent cheating

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. We may retain minimal records only where the law requires it (for example, to comply with a legal obligation). What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy.
